1. Promotion is open to all UK residents aged 16 years and over except for employees and their immediate families of Britvic Soft Drinks Limited, their agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion. You cannot enter from the Channel Islands or Isle of Man.
   
2. All prizes will be awarded to the bill payer of the phone number used to enter that free prize draw.

5. There are 4 prizes in total to be won. The prizes are 1 Sony Play Station, 1 Sennheiser PXC 450 Travel Headphone Set, 1 Cannondale Bad Boy 2009 Hybrid Bike and 1 SONY NASEH35HD DAB and iPod Docking HiFi.
   
6. There are 4 separate draws and therefore a minimum of 4 phone calls must be made to qualify for a chance to win each of the 4 prizes. Calls from UK landlines are free of charge while calls from mobiles may be charged at your standard mobile operator rate.
7. Caller identification will be used to identify and contact winners. To enter into the free prize draw calls must therefore be made from a number which will provide direct access to the entrant. Calls from mainline or switchboard numbers will be invalid.
8. Maximum one prize per household. Entries from third parties/ agents are invalid.
   
9. The closing date of the promotion is 30.09.09. The winners will be randomly selected under independent supervision and notified within 28 days of the closing date. All reasonable effort will be made to contact winners, however, if a winner cannot be contacted within 28 days prize entitlement will be withdrawn and the prize will be awarded to a substitute drawn at the same time as the original.
10. No cash or other prize alternatives are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of the promoter’s control it reserves the right to substitute similar items of equal or greater value.
